Some actual physical pieces that I designed and built

As I said on my first post, that I will be posting digital AND physical mediums here, finally here are some actual pieces that I have designed,built, and installed...

This one dates a while back, but as you can see, the price was right!

This wheel was very heavy, but very effective. I am sure there was some copyright laws broken somewhere along those lines...

Now on this item, I did not design the entire structure, just the sign and banner that went up, but I played a key role in its installation every year it went up and the subsequent maintenance that went with it...

This was a fun event, I designed and built the entrance and 24' square bar front with plexiglass panels for the bar top that were lit with color LED ribbons.

Some work stuff...

I was first given a challange of a theme - "Think Big, climbing the Summit, mountaineering" Given that this was a technology company, how bout a high tech summit?

Then, OK, we are scrapping the mountain theme. Let's go with just BIG, BOLD and GRAPHIC - THINK BIG...

 

Ok, wait, wait, wait - how about this? A western theme?
We are having BBQ ribs and the event is in Dallas...

Ok, but with a little more gusto, how about some mountains or mesas in the background?

I did not create this model, I downloaded it from SketchUp 3D Warehouse,
but I had fun while trying to do photorealistic renders.

Well for a cool birthday card idea, I though it would be neat
to render my brother-in-law's house since it was his first house
and I am a drafting student. Came out pretty cool.
Done in SketchUp and PhotoShop.
